How much are the shipping costs?

For orders worth 70 euros or more, shipping is free. If the order value is less than 70 euros, a flat shipping fee of 15 euros applies.

How long does delivery take and how is it handled?

The delivery of your order usually takes between 1 and 2.5 weeks. Our products are shipped by various fulfillment service providers. These service providers take care of the storage and shipping of our goods.

Please note: If you purchase multiple products in one order, the packages may arrive separately. This is because the items are shipped from different warehouses.

No matter where it comes from – every parcel is packaged safely and reaches you in perfect condition.

How do returns work at Adventure Parts?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged contents. Depending on the damage and the value of the product, there are two options:

  1. Return required: For higher value products, we ask you to send the package back to us.
  2. No returns: If the product is of low value, we will send you the product a second time free of charge.

Our goal is to help you quickly and easily.

Which delivery services does Adventure Parts use and to which countries?

Adventure Parts has expanded its delivery options and now delivers to all countries in Europe, Asia and America.

In German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) we use the delivery service DPD. For other countries we choose either DPD or other local delivery services that are common in the respective regions to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Are the products suitable for all motorcycles?

For each product on Adventure Parts we clearly state which motorcycles it is suitable for. Many of our products also include measurements to help you check the fit for your model.

If you own a motorcycle that is not listed in our range, you can request a Personal Offer . This will be made specifically for your model, as our products are designed to fit different motorcycles by adapting the material. The price for a Personal Offer is the same as for regular products, as you act as a tester for Adventure Parts and therefore receive a fair price for a high-quality product.

Please note that a Personal Offer is not always possible, but you are welcome to contact our support to discuss the possibility and place an order.
